Circle of Life Hospice comes alongside you when end of life issues come into your life. Our mission is to care for the whole person (body, mind & spirit) and his or her family as they face a terminal or life threatening illness.

We seek to create a healing environment for our patients to facilitate their optimum level of health, and to help them live their lives to the fullest - no matter how long or short that life becomes. The Circle of Life interdisciplinary team addresses the patient's problems by listening to and affirming the patient's choices, by assisting with the fulfillment of unfinished dreams, by relieving physical, emotional and spiritual suffering, and by encouraging the patient and family to regain hope, purpose and a meaningful life.

Circle of Life Hospice provides sensitive support for the patient's family as well.  The hospice team recognizes that each patient is an individual, with different symptoms and different needs. Circle of Life serves patients in their own homes, at nursing facilities, or in the Earlene Howard Hospice Home. An important part of hospice is that patients and families decide what care is right for them. Ask our staff about the many options for hospice support. We care for patients in Washington, Benton, Carroll and Madison Counties.

Circle of Life Hospice is a 501c3 nonprofit organization serving Northwest Arkansas.
