General Description: The Physician has responsibility for the medical aspects of the hospice program as delegated by the Executive Medical Director. Keeping in mind the mission of this organization, the Physician must be concerned with excellence in patient family care, serving as the primary liaison between the Hospice program and the medical community. Ensures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to the medical community. Represents the organization to the medical community. Assumes a leadership role in the development of relationships with individual physicians, physician practice groups, hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical organizations, as appropriate. Provides the primary liaison between Hospice and appropriate national, state, and community-based medical organizations. Provides palliative care clinical services in the community. |

General Description: Responsible for oversight of the IT department operation and employees. Assures comprehensive competency and knowledge of department employees related to IT networking, hardware, software, systems security, peripherals, phone systems, building security systems, connectivity, and cellular phone operations. Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of networks, including preventative maintenance and documentation as needed. Assist IT Generalist in providing end-user support and troubleshooting as well as prioritizing day to day tasks. |

Proficient in the Electronic Health Record: Data entry, generating electronic reports, collecting and documenting statistical information, and maintaining patient care records. Required to assist in answering call lights and notifying the nurse or appropriate Team member for follow-up. May be required to assist with patient care if licensed as a CNA. |

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing personal care to hospice patients. Requirements: Arkansas Certified Nursing Assistant certification with no restrictions, current CPR certification, current satisfactory TB skin test documentation. Minimum one year experience as a certified nursing assistant in a healthcare environment, preferably with hospice or terminally ill patients. Ability to cope with human suffering, emergencies and other stresses. A team player and a person of unquestionable personal and professional ethics. Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs.

Ability to cope with human suffering, emergencies and other stresses. A team player and a person of unquestionable personal and professional ethics. Requires valid Arkansas Driver’s License, current auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation. Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs. |

General Description: Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance w/an interdisciplinary plan of care. Treat patients, educate patients about medical conditions and provide advice and emotional support to patients’ family members. Responsible for documentation, operation of medical equipment, and administration of medications.

|
Responsibilities: Coordinates total care for case load of hospice patients and their family in the field. Provides oversight to hospice aides on assigned group of patients.
