Memorials & Honorariums

Memorial gifts are a way to forever remember and honor a loved one. Circle of Life has several opportunities available to honor and remember.

Memorial Bricks

Paver bricks are available to have your loved ones name engraved on and then placed along the perimeter of our outdoor patios. Bricks are priced based upon the number of lines.
Engraved bricks with two lines of text are $100
Engraved bricks with up to four lines of text are $300

Tree of Life
Brushed gold leaves are available to have your loved ones name engraved on and then placed on the Tree of Life at either the Earlene Howard Hospice Home or the Hospice Home at Legacy Village. Leaves have an approximate size of 4"x1.5" with a 90 character limit. Leaves are $500.

Mosaic Stepping Stone
(Currently available at the Earlene Howard Hospice Home only)

Hand-made stepping stones are available for $1000. Each stone is handcrafted by a local artist through the collaboration of the artist and the donor. Space is limited for stepping stone orders.
