Support Groups

Grief support groups and meetings are offered for those grieving the death of a loved one. Groups provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to express their feelings while increasing their awareness of the grief process. Our grief support groups are open to anyone in the community experiencing the loss of a loved one.

Circle of Life Hospice support is offered to Circle of Life Hospice families and anyone in the NWA community who has suffered a loss. We serve the entire family system, including all ages from children to the aged and to include all ethnic, gender, and religious groups. Circle of Life is a culturally competent hospice organization.

Our Bereavement Team is made up of highly trained Bereavement Professionals who journey with those in grief. Our Bereavement program is an outgrowth of our concern for any person who has suffered a loss. Thanks to the generous support of the community, there are no fees associated with our support groups.

Springdale Support Groups

Springdale Group meets on the first Monday of every month from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Circle of Friends is a grief social group for widowed men and women who have been bereaved for one year or more that meets the second and fourth Monday of every month from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Bentonville Support Groups

Bentonville Group meets on the second Monday of every month from 1:00-2:30pm at the Bentonville Senior Center, 3501 SE L Street

Bentonville Morning Group meets on the fourth Monday of every month from 10:00-11:30am at the Bentonville Presbyterian Church, 901 NE J Street

Carroll County Support Group

Carroll County Group meets on the second Wednesday of every month from 10:00 -11:30am at the Berryville Senior Center, 202 West Madison Avenue

Fayetteville Support Group

Fayetteville Group meets on the third Monday of every month from 4:00-5:30 pm at the Fayetteville Senior Center, 945 South College

Adult Grief Classes

Begins February 7- March 13- Every Tuesday for six weeks from 5:30-7:00pm at Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road in Springdale

If you have experienced the loss of a family member, friend or loved one, you may be having a hard time coping with the loss. The loss may have occurred 5 months ago, 5 years ago or more, but you still struggle with accepting the loss and moving forward. Please join our grief support group where you will be able learn how to live with your loss and move forward living a full life again.
